Michael “The Facilitator” Wilkinson founded Leadership Strategies, the largest professional facilitation company in the United States. He is the author of seven books on facilitation, including the “8 Core Practices of Facilitative Leaders.” Michael is one of the founders of the International Institute for Facilitation (INIFAC) and a member of the International Facilitation Hall of Fame.

Since learning about the power of facilitation 30 years ago, he has helped tens of thousands of leaders from organizations around the globe use facilitation to achieve amazing results, including the largest construction company in Australia, a UK car auction company, and the government of Jamaica to create their 10-year strategic plan.

Michael is THE knowledge source when it comes to leadership through facilitation!
